Milipol Asia-Pacific and HTX’s TechX Summit have come together to celebrate the 10th edition of Asia Pacific’s largest Homeland Security event

Milipol Asia-Pacific has experienced consistent growth in visitor numbers over the last decade, with a focus on attracting VIP delegations and regional visitors from the APAC region.

International exhibitors travel long distances to participate, and the event has been attracting more international visitors. The biggest growth in exhibitors is seen in security tech sectors such as digital forensics and cybercrime, mass airport screening and airport infrastructure security, and the impact of the AI revolution on future security and surveillance systems.

Majority of visitors from outside of Singapore are from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, with the Philippines, Korea, India, and Vietnam also contributing to the number. The overseas visitor percentage is now over 50%, with expected growth to at least 80% in the coming years.

Cybersecurity is a growth area within Milipol Asia-Pacific, as cybercrime is on the rise across the Asia Pacific. Specialist sectors are becoming more established within Regional Police Forces to counter this problem. New sectors such as counter drone/UAV are growing, and VR training for Security and CT Agencies will play an increased role in future security forces training.

Milipol Asia-Pacific takes place from 3 – 5 April at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore. Online Visitor Registration is now open to all – Click here to register.
